Beautiful photo and edit. Feels like I am looking out the window at this scene. Nicely done.

Thank you very much for your like, comment and share Butch, I really appreciate it. It's a "Gruffalo" a cross between a grizzly bear and a buffalo, you wouldn't want to meet one on a dark night :))

I wish I could find stuff like that laying around in my neighborhood. It would go nicely on our back porch.

I think this image is superb, the detail in the branches framing the Church is excellent. The colours and the composition really work well. I see that you have another camera in your collection, that seems to work really well also :)

Thank you very much for the kind words and for your sharing. I appreciate both. Yes I picked up a used Nikon D7000 from Adorama it had a shutter count of only 5,000 and I got it without any lens for $300 which I thought was a good price. It has pretty much the same button layout as the D7100 so which I switch back and forth it makes things a lot easier.

I never knew Sunbeam made bikes. I always thought of them as a car maker. I used to have a Rapier Fastback many moons ago.

The Sunbeam Rapier, nice car. They were made by the Rootes group- (Hillman, singer, Sunbeam and Humber). Rootes later became part of Chrysler, I believe their factory was in Coventry. Sunbeam m/cycles were made in Wolverhampton at Paul street works, aptly named Sunbeamland :)

If you made it B&W and added in a bit of grain, it could be from the turn of the century. Apart from the rubber wellies.

I spent the best part of my childhood in wellies, great to play football in. Add a bit of grain, I try my utmost to get rid of it, don't know why never bothered with film :)

My memories of wearing wellies is that after 10 minutes my socks were all bunched up by my toes.

Great shot. Like the composition and the way you filled the frame with the cottage. I do believe you have captured the character of the cottage. Nicely done.
