Music: I have been a guitarist for over 42 years and I've been playing professionally for 30 years and continue to do so. I am also an Assistant Professor on the Guitar Department at Berklee College of Music. I have been teaching there since 1997. Additionally, I run my own teaching practice here in Southern Maine. You can find out more about my music career/teaching/bio by visiting Currently, music is my primary career and living and I absolutely love it!

Photography: I got my start in photography about 15 years ago when I began filming and producing Instructional DVDs for guitar. I did a couple of Book/DVD projects for Mel Bay Publications as well as 100s of hours of guitar videos (over a period of 8 years) for an on-line guitar site. It was a simple step moving from video to still photography a few years later.

I love shooting Landscapes (all types), Macro, as well as Nature and Wildlife. I love both music and photography equally. Both offer different creative outlets and I am grateful that I am able to participate in each one. My photography website is
