Re: The Social Gathering
PS - when I said "profile page" I meant the CAS phototgraphy profile, not the forum profile. But a link from forum profile to photo profile would be good as an alternative

Re: The Social Gathering
I think two things would help, if they were possible. First, if you could click on the user name and get to their profile page (e.g. Henry / NaturePictures on this thread, who I don't "know" on CAS). The second booster would be if there could be another "notifications" thing on the profile page, for...

Re: The Social Gathering
Excellent idea, I have always thought this forum is under-used. Not exactly sure why, but I think Tom said it was something to do with there being two platforms (?) and so not easy to integrate so that you can nip back and forth into the main site (e.g. to see who you are chatting to). Hope everyone...

Re: ClickAsnap Cash prize competition 15th March
Well I have failed to do the Paypal bit - some kind of return to merchant error, but will do it later. Three entries on this I think - as follows: 1) https://www.clickasnap.com/i/d74wcpq34qz32li4?album=6289 2) https://www.clickasnap.com/i/ajpjkley1vx4q8xa?album=8282 3) https://www.clickasnap.com/i/9...

Thanks Tom, and if poss it would be best (for me) if it was "upload date" order rather than capture date, as people sometimes batch photos taken at different times.

Re: What can we do to make the site better for you!
Like someone else said, I've been struggling a bit with navigating since the latest update, for two reasons. First, posting each individual photograph separately, and with all comments visible, makes the timeline and people's profiles less "tidy" than before. Secondly, the scroll though no longer goi...

Re: Dealing with stolen photos
Yeah, I remember this being one of the very first USPs of Clickasnap - the idea of a built-in reverse image search.

Re: Stock licensing
We'd all have to wise up a bit (probably a good thing) when it comes to things like upload sizes, quality, model releases etc. Stock sometimes pays well (I sold one photo through Alamy for $160), but the hoops you have to jump through can be pretty depressing, so if CAS manages to "crack it" then th...
