Purchase process broken

Tried purchasing a download but after entering all my information, click Confirm, PayPal for payment and Download for shipping method, nothing else happens. The process ends at that point. Using a MAC, OS 10.12.6, Google Chrome.

There was a bug that appeared yesterday at about midday which was fixed late last night. Try refreshing your cache and repeat the process

Sorry Tom. No change. I cleared cache, history, and cookies. Didn't help. I was using Google Chrome so I then went to Firefox and tried it there. I cleared cookies and cache, disabled all blocking - Firefox indicates the site is not secure but I disabled the security anyway, and nothing worked.

Very strange. It works fine here. Can you send me a screenshot of where you are stuck at please?

We’re still working on this, apologies for the inconvenience but it’s happened twice in 3 days and we need to be absolutely sure it won’t happen again
