I'm having the same problem, very slow upload, and tags is not uploading automatically.

When you say the same problem what do you mean specifically?

May be worth checking your upload speeds, nothing we've done will affect that

I've not seen any issues with tags as yet but will keep an eye on it

Be sure that you've cleared your cache too
