It's not written as 0,70$ it is written as 0.70¢ which equals a 70th of a cent per 5 second view. Also paid views don't get updated in real time.

Geez, how is this not clear with all the information available, both on the site and here in the forum? Every view on one of your photos that lasts FIVE seconds or longer is a paid view.
