I am new to Clickasnap. Not a great start!
How long do I wait after raising a support ticket before attempting some sort of chase up.
I raised a ticket on Saturday evening and as of Tuesday morning have not had an acknowledgement and the issue has not been resolved even though it is imho quite simple.
(My initial payment for pro (£57.60) has been taken twice. When I authorised the first payment from Paypal Clickasnap told me the payment had failed and to try again - so I tried again. At the time nothing happened - my site didn't change in any way (it has now) and no email or any acknowledgement in any way from Clickasnap so I checked PayPal to see two payments had been made to "Videscape".)
I just want a repayment of one of the payments.
