Subscription

Hello Tom,

I switched from Seller to Pro-Seller in May 2018 expecting more exposure amoung this Photography community. But to my surprise I have been charged 8 Pounds/ Month in May and June 2018. Please look into the same. I don't want it to be repeated for my July 2018 billing too. Kindly revert to the above issue immediately and return back the amount which has been detected more than the subscription amount.

Did you cancel the seller account first? Or did you just sign up for a pro account without cancelling the seller account?

If you could let me know i can correct this bug. I’ll refund the 2 x £3 payments later today

Hi Tom,

Thanks for your immediate response. But I am confused about Cancellation of the current account. Where is the option for that? I just went to the Subscription page and upgraded my account to Pro from Seller thinking that automatically it will be charging only 5 Pounds / Month. Kindly revert the 2 x 3 Pounds to my Paypal account. I will for now stick on to the Pro account. Also clarify, if I wish to come back to Seller account what is that I have to do :)

hi Banu,

In the subscription pages there are downgrade options, if you don’t press that and downgrade your account the system will continue to charge you.

As mentioned previously i will refund you this afternoon
