Customer feedback is always extremely useful, and now that we've hopefully finally fixed the upload issues we were having we have to look at where to invest next. If there is anything specific not mentioned then please feel free to post
Refining the product creation process would be a good idea. At the moment it seems to be an overly complicated process trying to find the matching size for an image from a long list. I use Redbubble (although I would not promote them as they are very expensive) but their product creation process is so very simple. So if someone wants one of my images I direct them there and I've had no complaints, the percentage the creator gets is hardly worth the effort but it means that my website viewers get the image they want in the format they want and all I have to do is upload it, no selecting sizes working out what will fit just a straightforward upload and they do the rest.
I find the product upload system very longwinded. I'm on Fineartamerica and there system is very straight forward to upload items too. If ClickASnaps was anywere near 50% as good as there's i would only use ClickASnap and drop fineartamerica completely.
Yup, we're bringing out a new system where your clients can choose what they want. Another plus side of this is also that they can discover more products that your photos can be attached too, therefore, more sales
