When you reach $15 you can request payment this includes informing us of your PayPal address

I was wondering what counts as a "paid" view? Could someone very specifically explain this?

A person viewing a photo for 5 seconds. However, if that person comes back and views the same photo for a period of 5 seconds again within a random time period of between 1 and 48 hours then that is not counted as a second paid view

No they don't. Only views on pages like this www.clickasnap.com/i/mxg7qx1a4o4hbx99 can get paid views.
