Pro Membership

Hi, I took a Pro Membership last month to try it for a month. But today the payment has been automatically taken by Paypal for the next month. But I need to control whether I need the membership or not? I don't see an option to control the same. Please look into it. I don't need an automatic renewal of my Pro Membership every month. Please provide an option where we can control it. Thanks.

I am not entirely sure what you mean. If you want to downgrade then just go to your account settings and change your subscription settings

Hi Tom, Thanks for the immediate reply. Just for a clarification. Can downgrading be done at any time to be effective from next month?

Just upgraded to pro membership Tom. I have done this on blind faith as I haven't seemed to have been able to get any information or questions answered on the forum or on twitter. However, I have now upgraded to the obvious question is.... What do I Do Next ? For example how do I offer clients free downloads and what do I instruct them to do to get the downloads ? 2. I would also like to set up a shop and even purchase some pictures in the form of a jigsaw and a mug. ?

I'm not sure where to post this, so I'll put it here. I had a Seller account that I canceled last month and then this month decided to upgrade to a Pro Seller account and the payment came out for that on May 9th. However I neglected to cancel the reoccurring payment for the seller account on paypal and another payment for that came out today. I have now stopped the seller payment at paypal. If you could return that payment, that would be wonderful. Sorry for the mix-up.

Hi Gene, unless you hace two accounts you wouldnt be billed for a seller and pro account at the same time on the same account

I only have the one account, so I guess we'll see what happens next month. Now that I cancelled the second recurring payment at Paypal, it shouldn't happen again. Thanks Tom.
