Will we, in the future, be able to block a user?

I have had, on other networks a desire or need to do this. As this network grows I can foresee this need/desire arising again.
If this has been asked before and I have missed it I apologize; I do try to keep up in the forum.

Whilst yes this certainly can be brought in at a later date, We would prefer you reported the offending individual and we would ban them from the platform. We aren't a twitter or Facebook, we want a happy cohesive user base and will remove those who disturb that
