Not mushrooms...

... but water lilies that closed their heads during the rain.

love the low point of view, in order to harvest these flowers do they use boats or get wet feet.

Ahem, I just realised that these are not only not mushrooms, but they are not lotus flowers, either, as the leaves float on the water. I have adjusted the copy. To answer your question regarding lotus flower harvesting: I would think both. The water is not deep, about waist-deep for the average South-East Asian person, they pick the buds skillfully and stack them on their shoulder. I would imagine that they drop off their harvest onto a boat or a pier, etc. from time to time. – Thanks for the like and comment, especially since it made me look twice at my own photo, Gary!
