      I saw these round bales for the first time when I was crossing the USA in the 1980's. Now I'm beginning to see them here in California, where all of them used to be square.

                  What a wonderful composition Joanne! I like the varying hues of amber. The textures and patterns created by the teader all help to establish a series of leading lines up to each hay bail.And then you including the larger shape of the barn, on the horizon, replicating the shape of the hay bails is brilliant.
