It was. I'm lucky this is a short walk from my house, and within the boundaries for "permitted exercise" :)

Nice image! Like the light and complementary colors of green and brown.

Thank you very much Michael. I'm lucky I'm within walking distance of this place so I can still get out here for a pre-work walk.

Beautiful light and colours! Seeing your "Created date" I am happy you got out on this beautiful morning! Wonderful way to start the day.

Thanks very much Joe. We're allowed out for exercise every day. I run when I can but when I can't, my house is at the bottom of this hill (this is about half way up, but the difficult part comes next - you can see that slope in the background). If I walk, I tend to go as early as I can to minimise the number of people around, which also means I get the sun lower in the sky :) I only take the pocket cam with me though - I don't want to take a backpack which might encourage any passing police to think I'm planning a long-distance walk. At the moment you can pretty much tell where I took the photo by what camera I used - little Ricoh = probably daily exercise, big Nikon = house or garden.
