On the rocks

I felt bad to see this... someone's sailboat run aground on the rocks in Oak Bay, Victoria.

I'm sure those home owners don't like seeing this in their backyard either.

I cannot figure this one out, Keith. Is the catamaran in the process of lifting the sailboat, or has the catamaran itself run aground? In any case, what is that bit sticking out in the foreground? Apologies for my ignorance.

I took it for a trimaran, good for shallow water but hard to move around.

sadly, yes - on Politics I have just been described as "ignorant" by people on the Left, and people on the Right

Hi Irene. The catamaran has run aground. What you see in the foreground is a reflection.

Thanks, Keith. I can tell the reflection from the solid bits... I think Peter is on the right track, "trimaran" puts everything in a sensible place.
