The photo was taken in the front yard of a house on the 6200 North block of Wayne Avenue.

I used a Nikon Coolpix P7700 camera to take the photo. Editing was done using ACDSee Ultimate 2019. I cropped the image some and used the SmartErase tool to get rid of one of the figures that was half in and half out of the picture. Then I adjusted the lighting and increased the contrast. Lastly I corrected the white balance, sharpened it a bit and adjusted the levels.
