Splendid work, Mark! The different lines, textures, shapes and tones all come together wonderfully in this panorama. So many different hues! There are lots of details to explore, down to the curved branch on the tree on the right that pushes the viewer's eye back into the frame. And just a little bit of motion in the clouds. The scene itself makes me want to hike through Arizona right now... I even like the digital frame, the photo seems to be hanging on my wall, with some ugly ads around it, though. Bravo! PS: Is this a stitched panorama? If yes, the software did a good job.

You're kind and generous Irene. Thank you so much for those detailed comments. I appreciate it so much. Actually it is not a stitched photo. I just cropped out a lot of the foreground that did not help the image.

I just looked at the photo and all those words flowed from my brain to my fingers, via my heart. That kind of reaction.
