Druid's Dawn

Druid’s Dawn. Legend has it that this rock has significance to Druids and the water that collects in the depressions has healing powers. I tried throwing some on my camera: now it needs mending because it’s not waterproof.

Well ... maybe it needs more of it to heal your camera ... or maybe not ... great light on this one, Howard :)

I guess druid technology was made of sterner stuff than namby pamby cameras from Japan.

Our neighbour is a druid. He suggests googling "legend".

I hope that your neighbour is not offended? I'm not a Druid but I do have Celtic roots.

Nah - he's good. Reckons you'd be better off with something called "weather sealing". But now I'm going to have to explain you made that bit up!

"If it ain't broken, don't fix it!" ; ) "Magic" colours and light, I particularly like how all those leading lines of grass are lit in the foreground, leading to the rocks, then the road appears in the gap to take the eye to the horizon, back to the rock ... I hope you get paid for the entire 10 minutes or so my eye was bouncing around in this, at the usual 5-second increments! Another nice one, Howard!
