Pacific Restaurant (Non-extant), Clark Street, Chicago,Illinois (1986-05-10 0001_01)

10 May 1986
Chicago, Illinois (Edgewater)
Pentax MX SMC-Pentax 28/2.8
Fujichrome 100 250/16

This was located on Clark Street but I didn't record the address. It is no longer there.

Editing was done using ACDSee Ultimate 2019. I corrected the perspective, adjusted the lighting and increased the contrast, clarity and vibrance.

How the hell do you eat a submarine?

6 months in Asia, I never saw Chop Suey for sale in any eating place. I am starting to think it's an American invention. A bit like fortune cookies.

Submarine, or sub sandwiches, are just a variety of meat and veggies on a long bread roll. Chop suey is an American invention as is the fortune cookie.
