Historical significance: The original "Victoria" was part of a fleet of five ships that set sail from Seville in 1519 to reach the Moluccas (Spice Islands) via a westward route. After many hardships, including the death of Magellan in the Philippines, only the "Victoria" returned to Spain with 18 surviving men, thus completing the first circumnavigation of the globe
