Paid Per View Policy

Updated: June 11, 2026

CAM Limited ("the Company") Paid Per View benefit is unique to www.clickasnap.com ('the Platform'). CAM limited operates the Platform. To safeguard this Pay Per View benefit from misuse and ensure its legitimate use across the Platform, specific policy requirements have been established. The receipt of earnings under the Paid Per View benefit is contingent upon compliance with these requirements.

This policy applies to each account in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any breach of these policies may render an account ineligible to receive the Paid Per View benefit.

This policy outlines; the mechanics of the Paid Per View benefit, the criteria for assessing a member's eligibility and the circumstances under which this benefit will not be applied.

1. Earnings and Payment

1.1. When a user uploads one or more images onto the Platform, the images are monetised through advertisement revenue or by attracting additional paid users to the Platform. The Company may allocate a portion of advertising, subscription or other platform revenue to eligible users under the Paid Per View programme. Any amounts displayed within an account are provisional only and remain subject to review, verification and approval under this Policy.

1.2. Users can submit a request for earnings to be paid to them ("Withdrawal Request") when the minimum payout threshold has been met. This threshold is subject to change, and the details of the current threshold are specified via your account settings.

1.3. Withdrawal Requests are subject to review, audit and verification. The Company may approve, reject, suspend, defer, adjust or investigate any Withdrawal Request where it reasonably believes that:

(i) this Policy has been breached;

(ii) fraudulent activity has occurred;

(iii) artificial traffic has been generated;

(iv) earnings have been improperly accrued; or

(v) additional verification is required.

1.4. Withdrawals Requests which are eligible, are paid in USD via PayPal. No other methods of payment are available.

1.5. Exchange rates may vary from the time when a Withdrawal Request is submitted and when the earnings are paid.

1.6. Any transaction costs or fees incurred in making a payment of earnings will be deducted from the earnings. The Company may also deduct chargebacks, payment processor fees, taxes, withholding obligations, fraud-related losses or other reasonable costs associated with the operation of the Paid Per View programme.

1.7. Users are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes, duties or governmental charges arising from payments received under the Paid Per View programme. The Company may request tax information and may withhold payments where required by applicable law.

2. Determination of Earnings

2.1. Earnings are created for each 'paid' view received. A 'paid' view is defined in section 3.

2.2. The value of the 'paid' view is affected by the level of membership applied to the registered account at the time the view was given.

2.3. The Company may amend Paid Per View rates from time to time. Any revised rates shall apply prospectively from the date specified by the Company and shall not affect approved withdrawals already processed.

2.4. There is no limit to the number of 'paid' views a member can receive on an image.

2.5. The Company does not guarantee any minimum level of earnings, traffic, views, engagement or revenue. Participation in the Paid Per View programme does not create any employment, partnership, agency or profit-sharing relationship.

3. Definition of a 'Paid' view

3.1. For a view to qualify under the Paid Per View benefit, it must:

(a) last a minimum of five seconds
(b) be created organically (e.g. not from a bot or AI)
(c) not be created by the owner of the image
(d) not result from incentivising or requesting another individual, either directly or indirectly, to provide a 'paid' view
(e) not result from 'click circles' (see definitions)

3.2 The Company shall determine in its reasonable discretion whether a view qualifies as a Paid View, based on technical, behavioural, fraud-detection and analytics data available to it.

3.3 The Company may exclude from Paid View calculations any activity generated by:

  • bots;

  • scripts;

  • automated tools;

  • VPN manipulation;

  • proxy services;

  • traffic exchanges;

  • paid traffic services;

  • click farms;

  • artificial engagement schemes; or

  • any activity reasonably suspected of manipulating view counts.

4. Profile Criteria

To protect the integrity of the Company and encourage growth and viability, users' profiles and uploaded images must meet certain criteria to receive earnings under the Paid Per View benefit. Users must have held a paid account for a minimum of 90 days before a withdrawal request can be made. The Company may impose additional verification requirements where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse or misuse of the Paid Per View programme.

5. Uploaded images must:

(a) comply with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines;
(b) not infringe any third-party rights;
(c) not be spam, duplicated content or content uploaded solely to manipulate earnings;
(d) not be misleading, fraudulent or artificially generated for the purpose of obtaining Paid Per View payments.

Profiles must:

(a) be completed to a reasonably full extent.

6. Free Trial Users

Users may accrue earnings during a free trial period, however these earnings may not be processed until the trial is completed and a paid membership is activated. The Company reserves the right to cancel, adjust or remove earnings accrued during any trial period where abuse, multiple-account activity or fraud is detected.

7. AI Generated Imagery

The Company may determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether content constitutes AI Generated Imagery. Accounts primarily sharing AI Generated Imagery may be excluded from the Paid Per View programme.

8.4 The Company may recover, offset or deduct any payments previously made where those payments were subsequently found to have arisen from fraudulent activity, policy breaches, technical errors, duplicate payments or ineligible views.

8.5 The Company may review accounts, traffic sources, engagement patterns, payment histories and related activity to determine compliance with this Policy. Users must provide any information reasonably requested during such investigations.

8.6 The Company's determination regarding eligibility, view qualification, fraud detection and payment approval shall be final, except where prohibited by applicable law.

8.7 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of this policy at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page.

8.8 Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to these or any future Terms, do not use or access the Services. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms.

8.9 This policy, along with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, forms the complete and binding agreement between the member and the Company regarding the Paid Per View benefit.

(a) artificial traffic generation;

(b) coordinated viewing schemes;

(c) account farming;

(d) multiple-account abuse;

(e) bot activity;

(f) view manipulation;

(g) payment fraud;

(h) policy circumvention; or
