This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities as a consumer, ensuring clarity and compliance with applicable laws.

ClickASnap operates in accordance with the United Kingdom’s Consumer Rights Act 2015 and adheres to the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs).

This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service. Eligibility for refunds is contingent upon compliance with the Terms of Service throughout your membership.

2. Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all products and digital services must meet standards of satisfactory quality, be fit for purpose, and match the description provided at the time of purchase. Consumers bear the responsibility of proving that a service or product was defective at the time it was supplied.

Additionally, the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 ensure that:

  • All terms are fair, transparent, and not misleading.

  • Essential information is provided to help consumers make informed decisions.

  • No aggressive practices are used to pressure consumers into purchases or prevent them from exercising their rights.

3. Products and Services Defined

ClickASnap offers a variety of products and services, defined as:

Digital Services and Content - Includes memberships and associated benefits, as well as digital downloads. As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital services and content are defined as "data produced and supplied in digital form.”

Physical Products - Items available for purchase in our shop, governed by the Sales of Goods Act under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Licensed Content - ClickASnap offers images that can be purchased with royalty-free or personal use licenses. The terms of these licenses grant specific rights to the consumer, such as the right to use the image for personal or commercial purposes, depending on the license type purchased.

Consumers are encouraged to carefully review the license terms associated with each purchase. Refunds for licensed content are subject to the conditions outlined in this policy and may not be granted once the content has been downloaded, unless there is a demonstrable defect or issue with the file provided.

4. Free Trial

A 30-day free trial is available exclusively for Pro memberships. During this period, users have access to all Pro membership features. At the end of the trial, the annual payment will be automatically processed unless the trial is cancelled before its conclusion.

5. Cancellation Policy

Membership Subscriptions

Memberships are offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis, with automatic renewal until cancelled. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time during their term. Membership benefits will remain active until the end of the prepaid period, after which the subscription will not renew.

Physical Products

As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations (effective 13 June 2014), consumers have rights to cancel orders under specific conditions. Exceptions include items such as perishable goods, unsealed software, and custom-made products. All print-on-demand products are considered tailor-made and bespoke, created to individual specifications. Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded prior to entering production. Once production begins, cancellations and refunds cannot be guaranteed.

Licensed Content

Purchases of licensed content, such as royalty-free or personal-use images, are final once the content has been downloaded. Refunds will not be granted unless there is a demonstrable issue with the file provided, such as corruption or failure to meet the description provided at the time of purchase. Consumers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct license type for their intended use before completing their purchase.

6. Refund Policy

General Conditions

ClickASnap does not offer a cooling-off period for its services or products. All sales are final. Consumers must contact customer support within 30 days of purchase to raise concerns about the quality, purpose, or description of the service or product. Supporting evidence must be provided.Refund requests are reviewed against this policy, the terms of service and, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Monthly Memberships

Upon purchase, membership features take effect immediately and continue for the full term. Refunds for mid-term cancellations are not available. Memberships can be reactivated once the term concludes

Annual Memberships

Benefits are applied immediately upon purchase and continue for the full term. Refunds for early cancellation or downgrading are not provided.

Free Trial

During the trial period, cancellations can be made without charge. If not cancelled before the trial concludes, the annual payment will be processed, and no refunds will be considered thereafter.

7. Auto-Renewal

All memberships, whether monthly or annual, automatically renew. By subscribing to our membership service, you acknowledge and agree to the automatic renewal of your subscription as specified during the registration process and on the upgrade and payment pages. Payments for your subscription will be automatically charged on a recurring basis (either monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected).

Refunds will not be issued for any charges related to auto-renewals in circumstances where the subscription has not been properly cancelled prior to the renewal date, regardless of any intent to cancel. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to ensure cancellation of their membership prior to the next billing cycle, in accordance with the cancellation procedures outlined in this policy and our Terms of Service.

We strongly recommend that you review your subscription settings and cancellation options in advance of the renewal date to avoid any unintended charges. By continuing with your subscription, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

8. Modifications to Policy

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of this policy at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page. If you do not agree to these or any future changes to our refund and cancellation policy terms, do not continue to use the services.
