This is the Santuario de Nuestra Señora de la Fuensanta Spain Murcia

Architecture: Construction of this Roman Catholic church began in 1694 on the ruins of an old medieval hermitage. The building is designed in the traditional Murcian Baroque style. Particularly striking features include the white west façade with its two symmetrical bell towers and the richly ornamented stone portal.
