Liquid Fire

I photographed the surface of a soap bubble up close, focusing on the colours and patterns that appeared as the thin layer of liquid moved. I find it fascinating that something as simple as a bubble can create so much detail and colour. The patterns only exist for a short moment, constantly changing until the bubble eventually bursts. With this photograph, I wanted to capture one of those brief moments and show a side of an everyday object that we normally don't get to see.
