Sina Sharifi I have never had just one place to call home. Perhaps that is why I learned to find home in people, moments and the stories we carry with us. I was born into an Afghan family and grew up between countries, cultures and ways of seeing the world. After chapters in California and Germany, my wife and I decided in 2019 to stop waiting for life to settle. Together with our children, we chose the road - and we have been discovering the world ever since. Photography entered my life through a camera I received as a graduation gift. What began as curiosity soon became the way I understood everything around me. A wide landscape teaches humility. A macro lens reveals the extraordinary details most people pass without noticing. And a portrait creates something even more intimate: a moment in which another person allows you to truly see them.
